Attorney Vincent Bonazzoli Serves as Seminar Faculty Member
Vincent Bonazzoli, principal and sole owner of the Family Estate Planning Law Group, served as a faculty member at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) on a three-day Medicaid Planning Update seminar on May 19, 21 and 28 to attorneys across the Commonwealth.

As an expert in estate planning and Medicaid planning, Mr. Bonazzoli was selected to provide an overview of countable and non-countable assets, investment assets, the impact of a sale of a home and related tax consequences, understanding the Minimum Monthly Maintenance Needs Allowance (MMMNA), Community Resource Allowance, trusts created under a will, as well as income, gift and estate tax rules when planning with income only irrevocable Medicaid Trusts.

The three-day seminar provided an in-depth analysis of the new Deficit Reduction Act of 2005, the new Massachusetts Medicaid rules and regulations, and what impact these changes have on Medicaid estate planning techniques and solutions.

Vincent E. Bonazzoli is the principal and sole owner of the Family Estate Planning Law Group. Mr. Bonazzoli is a frequent lecturer and national speaker on retirement planning, estate planning and Medicaid planning techniques for attorneys, accountants, financial professionals, insurance professionals and the general public. In addition, he is a current instructor for Boston University’s Certified Financial Planner program. Mr. Bonazzoli received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, MA and his B.A. in psychology from Wesleyan University, Middletown, CT.
